Agreement For The Use of Vizible Solutions's Internet Branding Icons
Vizible Solutions provides several icons for use by World Wide Web sites wishing to make a link to the Vizible Solutions Home Page. The Icons which are
available to you are the Vizible Solutions wordmark, and a special version of Vizible Solutions's VDS Logo.
To access the Icons you should read through the following conditions, fill-in the relevant details and then click the "I Agree" button
(at the end) to confirm that you have read and understood the conditions of your use of Vizible Solutions's Branding Icons. The Vizible Solutions Icons
will then become available for downloading.

Vizible Solutions's Icon Usage Guidelines and Conditions
Vizible Solutions reserves the right to change the Icons and these Usage Guidelines and Conditions at any time and solely at its discretion. If possible,
Vizible Solutions will provide advanced notice of these changes. If you have any questions, please send us an email.
Vizible Solutions's Internet Branding Icons
Vizible Solutions's Internet Branding Icons include the VDS Logo and the Vizible Solutions Wordmark. These are very important and valuable trademarks which
are owned by Vizible Solutions Pty Ltd in Australia. They may also be the subject of trade mark rights in overseas countries. Nothing in this Agreement will
vest in you any rights or interest in the VDS Logo or the Vizible Solutions Wordmark.
Adjacent Banners
On occasion it may be required that the VDS Logo be used in conjunction with Vizible Solutions advertising banners, in such cases the VDS Logo should be
positioned to the left of and on the same line as the Vizible Solutions advertising banner.
Use Of Any Other Vizible Solutions Icons, Trade Marks, Logos or Proprietary Graphics
The Vizible Solutions Branding Icons are the only Vizible Solutions Icons which may be used on external non-Vizible Solutions WWW sites.
Hyperlink Rules
The Vizible Solutions Branding Icons must always be used as an active link to http://www.vizible.com.au.
Authorised Artwork For The Icons
Use only the Vizible Solutions authorised electronic artwork of the Vizible Solutions Branding Icons. Each Icon must stand by itself and must
include an appropriate amount of empty space surrounding the icon so as to separate it from any other object, such as type, photography, borders, edges,
other icons and so on. The Vizible Solutions Branding Icons must not be used as a feature or design element of or be incorporated in part or whole in any
other icon or graphic.
Alterations To The Vizible Solutions Branding Icons
The Icons must only be used in the form in which they are provided and in particular, in the size, shape and colours in which they are provided. If the
copyright or trade mark symbols appear beside an Icon that symbol must be retained. You must not alter, amend redraw, distort, animate or tamper with the
Icons in any way.
Prominence Of The Icons
Positioning of the icons is at the discretion of the WWW publisher of the site. However, no other icon, person or entity shall appear in close proximity to
the Icons. The Icons must not be used in a manner which gives the impression or represents that any person, organisation or event is in any way related to or
sponsored by or affiliated with Vizible Solutions Pty Ltd.
Imitation Of The Icons
Except as provided in this Agreement you may not imitate, copy or reproduce the Vizible Solutions Branding Icons in any form whatsoever.
References To Vizible Solutions
You agree that you will not disparage Vizible Solutions, its products, or its services.
Internet Access Rules For Sites
All sites situated on, or requiring a link from or to the Vizible Solutions document tree must be compliant with the following Internet Access Rule. The WWW site
must ensure that it does not contain any material which will subject Vizible Solutions to an action for defamation and is not in conformity with accepted standards
of public decency and good taste.
Review Of The Use Of The Icons By Other Sites
Vizible Solutions reserves the right to review your use of the Icons. All third Parties must correct any deficiencies in their use of the icons upon Reasonable
notice from Vizible Solutions. Refusal to correct such deficiencies could result in Vizible Solutions stating that you no longer use the icons with our permission
and you may be requested to stop using them. Vizible Solutions reserves the right to request the removal of the Icons at any time. Failure to comply with such a
request may result in legal proceedings being commenced against you.
